Haiku

Silent frozen night
Fibonacci thorns softened
Hibernation dreams

People say that at a certain age, you just
Stop caring

Queen Anne's Lace

Queen Anne's Lace

Petals of sweet scent flowers
Gone upon the wind
Queen Anne's scepter remains
The beauty strong, undimmed
Lace of blossom's bones
Live past fair summer's rescind
To be coated in white gowns
When frost fairies work begins

Day In The Sun

The glow of love
Warms as a sunny day
Cutting through the cruel fog
Settled in my soul

Gentle rays stroke my skin
Until I radiate in turn
Make of my black hole a bright star
Corona arms flung wide open

The clouds are powerless
Disappear, evaporated, invisible
Not blocking any light
Love is free to shine
